Erick Ivan Ojeda Briseño, doing business as Sytez, located in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Personal data we collect

Through the contact form on sytez.mx we collect your name, your email address, the service you are interested in and the message you write to us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we also receive your phone number. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to reply to your message, send you the quote or information you requested and follow up on your project. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a provider that only delivers your message to us by email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose, except where required by law.

4. ARCO rights

You may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the use of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@sytez.mx. We will reply within 20 business days at most.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses its own and third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics) for analytics purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this does not prevent you from browsing the site, although some features may be limited.
